The death of Mary (Savoie) LeBouthillier, wife of the late Simon LeBouthillier, of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 87. Born in St. Wilfred, NB, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Esther (Hache) Savoie.

Mary is survived by daughters: Linda Savoy (Jim) of Moncton, NB, Brenda Harris (Orland) of Trout Brook, NB, Carmel Sturgeon (Phillip) of Blackville, NB, Christine LeBouthillier of Moncton, NB, Carolyn LeBouthillier (Michael) of Miramichi, NB; brothers: Thomas Savoy of Miramichi, NB, Christie Savoy of Toronto, ON; ten grandchildren: 15 great grandchildren: 2 great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, she is predeceased by daughter: Edith Losier (late Richard); brother: Frank Savoy (late Alma); sisters: Louisa Robichaud, Bernice Herbert, Melvina Russell, Adelia Savoy.

Following Mary’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 14, 2025, at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church at 11 o’clock with Fr. Anthony Das Papu officiating. Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cemetery later in the spring.
