The death of Melvin Munn, husband of the late Catherine (Hogan) Munn, occurred on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Bridgeview Hall at the age of 87. Born in Renous, NB, he was the son of the late Thomas and Irene (Tucker) Munn. Before retirement Melvin was a park warden.

Melvin is survived by daughters: Wendy Cook (Steven) of Redmondville, NB, Cindy Munn of Miramichi, NB; granddaughter: Stephanie; nieces: Elaine, Linda, Darlene; nephews: Duncan, Kemmy, Donnie, Jason; sister-in-law: Mary McNeil (Junior) of Renous, NB.

Besides his parents and wife, he is predeceased by sons: Thomas, Sonny, Jamie; sisters: Patricia, Monica, Betty; brothers: Minard, Harold, Amos, Leonard, Gilbert.

Following Melvin's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family graveside service will take place at St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.
