The death of Lillian Agnes (Jardine) Donovan, wife of the late Wallace Donovan, of Upper Derby, NB, occurred on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Percy’s Place at the age of 75. Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Winnifred (Butler) Jardine. 

Lillian is survived by daughters: Holly Furlong (Eric) of Blackville, NB, Heidi Donovan of Upper Derby, NB; grandchildren: Calvin Furlong (Reilly Luce), Shelby Furlong, Bryce Underhill, Mya Underhill; great grandchildren: Theo Furlong; sisters: Joyce Jardine (Nelson) of Upper Derby, NB, Bernice Moody (late Rodney Hooper) of Blackville, NB, Kim Donovan (Duane) of Renous, NB; brother: Hubert Jardine (Donna) of Renous; sister-in-law: Ellen Jardine; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, she is predeceased by infant daughters: Tracy, Toby; siblings: Lois Hachey (gene), Willard Jardine, Wilson Jardine, Edison Jardine, Blanche Sutherland (Donnie). 

Following Lillians wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11 o’clock with Rev. Kathy Parks officiating. Interment will take place at St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
