The family are saddened to announce the passing of Enid Elizabeth Parks, of Gray Rapids, NB, at Miramichi Regional Hospital, on October 20, 2025, at the age of 93, following a short illness. Born in Gray Rapids, NB, Enid was the daughter of the late Hiram and Effie (Harris) Coughlan.

Enid is survived by her daughter, Dawn Allaby (Richard) of New Maryland, NB, grandson Christopher (Carolina) of Ottawa, ON, sister Winnifred Holomay of Kamloops, BC, sister-in-law Joan Coughlan of Blackville, NB, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved as if they were her own children. 

Besides her parents, Enid is predeceased by her husband: Wendell I. Parks, her brothers Peter, George, Floyd, Burpee, and Clarence Coughlan, sisters Ethel Coughlan, Hazel Underhill, and Blanche Crawford and special friend Edward Wells. 

The funeral service will be held from St. Agnes Anglican Church, Gray Rapids, on October 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM, officiated by Father Gerry Laskey, with reception to follow in church basement.
