APP Problems? Reinstall

We have updated the app today but some users are having problems.

If you are experiencing an error (a blank screen or an error message), please uninstall the app and reinstall.

After reinstalling, please sign back in using the same method you used previously (phone, gmail or apple id). This is important because if you have a subscription it is linked to the sign in method you used when purchasing. 

If you are still experiencing problems please give it a little time and then call us at (506) 773-6006
