Ronald Kenneth McInnis of Miramichi, New Brunswick, passed away at home on September 11, 2025, at the age of 75.

Born in Chatham, New Brunswick on June 6, 1950, he was the son of the late Burton and Mona (Kingston) McInnis.  He was a Pipe Fitter by trade and was a member of the Pipe Fitters Union local 799. One of Ronnie's favourite things to do was hang out on the beach with a giant bonfire, and he could build a fire.

Ronald is survived by his fiancé, Patricia Murphy of Miramichi, New Brunswick; two sisters: Kelly McInnis (Eric Kelly) of Moncton, New Brunswick and Sharon Bolan (Jeffrey Goodman) of Florida; nephews and niece: Rory, Shannon, Aaron, David and Matthew.  He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Bryden (Buddy).  He will be dearly missed by is extended family, Patricia's children and grandchildren.  Darren (Michelle), Sheridan and Jaxon McCormack, Judy, Brett (Rebecca) and Alice, who gave the best hugs.

As per Ronald’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.  A private graveside service will be held at Black River Community Cemetery.

Ron had a deep love for animals, to honor his compassion,  the family would appreciate donations to the Miramichi SPCA or a charity of one's choice..
