The death of Livain Morais of Bellefond, NB, occurred on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 85. Born in Beaverbrook, NB, he was the son of the late Stanislas and Clara (Doiron) Morais. Livain was a skilled carpenter and engineer who was very proud of his work. He served in the Canadian Military; he was also a skilled wood worker.

As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Interment will take place in L’Ascension Roman Catholic Cemetery.
