Kevin Wayne Munn, from Doaktown, NB, born in Newcastle on January 7, 1963, passed away June 26, 2024 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. Son of Abel (Bud) and Vivian Munn. Older brother of Blake (Roxie) Munn and Avis (Mark) Morehouse. Beloved uncle to Tasha (Bobby) Laffin, Timothy Munn and Troy (Kara) Munn, Joelle (James) Toner and Jayden Morehouse.

He was the greatest great uncle to Kyler, Kenzi, Kaleb, Kamryn, his hockey card trading buddy Clint and Drew and Elias Toner.

We almost lost Kevin in 1990 when he and his golfing buddies got hit by lightning on the Old Mill Pond golf course in Doaktown, but thanks to friend, neighbour and ‘lifesaver’ Nilah Price, he survived. Kevin was a quiet, gentle soul with a quick-witted sense of humour. Kevin greeted everyone he met with a ‘G’day’ and left you with ‘Have a great day!’. Kevin spoke highly of the many friends he made over the years at his workplaces. He was a lifelong Montreal Canadiens fan. He loved playing cards, darts, doing puzzles and had collections of all sorts-starting when he was young with stamp collecting and then books, comics, hockey cards, as well as various other collectibles over the years. Kevin was a lifelong learner and was well versed in various topics of interest.
