The death of Josh “George” Norman Mercure of St. Margarets, NB, occurred accidently on Monday, May 20, 2024, in St. Margarets, NB, at the age of 21. Born in Miramichi, NB, he was the son of Susan (MacDonald) Mercure and the late Norman Mercure.

 Besides his mother, he is survived by his partner: Latisha Costian; sister: Becca (Neil) of Baie-Ste-Ann; maternal grandparents: Blaine and Kathleen MacDonald; aunts: Bonnie (Kevin), Donna (Lenny), Tammy (Guy), Amanda; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Rachael and Ross Costian: sister-in-law: Michaella (Johnathan); brother-in-law: Connor (Chantel) and Gavin (Kassie); nephews: Riley and Wesley; best friend and chosen brother: Thomas Dickson; cousins: Zach, Noah, Tyson, Lexi, Michaela, Edwin and Adam.
