In Loving Memory of Glenn F. Doucette

1959 – 2025

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Glenn Frederick Doucette on April 25, 2025 at the age of 66.

Glenn was an avid reader and very astute on current events. He was quick wittted and had a wonderful sence of humour. A true Montreal Canadiens and Led Zeppelin fan.

Glenn was raised in Chatham Head, NB and talked about his friends and grandparents constantly. He was a very kind person and would help anyone at the drop of a dime. He truly had the Doucette smile when he cracked a joke.

Glenn will be missed by his brother, Kevin (Ralphie) of Fredericton, NB; sister, Karen (Bruce) of Fredericton, NB; brother, Buddy Doucette of Nova Scotia and half sister, Julie of Nova Scotia; aunts and uncles : Lenny, Ann, Gene, Graham, Karl and Fredda; numerous cousins Kim, Rhonda, Wade, Joelle, Dylan, Aaron, Kelsey, Paula, John, Guy, Tara and Rodney. He was predeceased by his parents Marilyn Wade and Wally Doucette, his paternal grandparents Frederick and Isabelle Doucette, his maternal grandparents Ralph and Theresa Wade.

The family of Glenn would like to thank everyone who sent condolences and to the assisted living facility where Glenn lived.

A Celebration of Glenn’s life is being planned for a date and time to be announced

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
