Beulah Mae (Curtis) Underhill, of Barnettville, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 79.

Born in Gray Rapids, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Edna Curtis. In her early years, she was a homemaker, worked at Susan McEvoy Insurance, babysat, and also sold Avon. She was a member of St Raphael's Roman Catholic Church, in Blackville.

She will be greatly missed by her children Edward "Teddy" Underhill of Barnettville, Cheryl Underhill (Michael Sproul) of Blackville, and Troy Underhill (Melanie) of Blackville; three sisters Ruby Hallihan (Carl) of Gray Rapids, Gloria Jardine (Ralph) of Gray Rapids, and Wendy Jardine (William) of Warwick Road; six brothers Wesley Curtis (Connie), Clarence Curtis , Boyd Curtis (Kim), Arnie Curtis (Peggy), and Darryl Curtis (Donna Simmons) all of Gray Rapids; sister-in-law Jean Curtis of Blackville; seven grandchildren Dillan Hogan, Zachary Walls, Lindsay Underhill, Kendra Underhill, Amelia Underhill, Maddie Underhill, and Jorja Augustine; two great grandchildren Rylan Hogan and Lilly Hogan; several nieces and nephews; and many extended members of the Underhill family.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband James Underhill; daughter Angela Underhill; and brother George Curtis.
