Gérard Meuse of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, passed away peacefully in his own home, surrounded by the love of his family, on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the age of 70.
Born in Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, on July 30, 1954, Gérard Meuse was the son of the late John Fred and Irène (Mazerolle) Meuse.
Born into a large, caring French family, Gérard lived a life marked by hard work, independence, and devotion to those he loved.

His children, grandchildren, and extended family were the heart of his world, and he was lovingly cared for by his sister, Ginette, until his final days.
Gérard is survived by his two daughters, Molly Sippley of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, and Amy Meuse (Marc-André) of Richibucto, New Brunswick; his grandchildren, Anik Martin and Noah Johnson; and his great-grandson, Kade Savoie. He is also survived by his brothers, Olan and Claude; and his sisters, Jeannine, Rita (Wayne), Ginette, and Éva (Mike). As well, Gérard is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Léo (Yvette), Walter, and Johnny; and sisters, Rena and Edith (Ernie).
