Tracy Lynn Ellsworth (MacEachern) age 58 of Charlottetown, PEI passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on June 21st, 2024.

Beloved wife of Paul Ellsworth. Loving mother of Alexander, Jenna Mae, and Jordan. She will be missed dearly by her brothers Brad and Rodney MacEachern. Survived by her father Howard MacEachern and predeceased by her mother Doris MacEachern, Ann Doyle & Nephew Jonathan MacEachern.

Tracy was an active member of the community during her lifetime. Grew up in a loving military family moving around a lot, spending summers on PEI. During Tracy’s five years at UPEI she completed her BEd and a BA, while distinguishing herself as an All-Conference player in both Basketball and Field Hockey. She continued her love for sports by becoming the Head Coach of the UPEI Women’s Basketball Team for several years achieving great success. Tracy continued to devote her life to sports by volunteering to coach various minor, and provincial teams over the course of her life.

Spreading her love for teaching across various schools on the island during her career as an Educator. With many lasting memories and friendships created over her life. Tracy deeply cherished her most recent years as an Administrator at West Kent Elementary School.
