Lauretta Ann (McKenzie) Gaudet, wife of the late Patrick Gaudet of Brennan Court in Losier Hall and formerly of Boom Road passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 26th, surrounded by her family.
Lauretta was born on April 1st, 1931, the seventh child of Laura (Harris) and Murdock McKenzie of Boom Road.
Lauretta leaves behind to mourn her passing her son Laurie (Jo Anne) Gaudet and daughter, Janice (Bill) Goodin along with her two grandchildren Nicole (Goodin)Matchett (Richard) and Byron Goodin. Sisters Carmel Silliker (the late Spencer) and Lois Keating (Val); sister-in-law Helen McKenzie (the late James) as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Pat in 2009. As well as brothers Louis, James, Vincent, and Tom McKenzie; sisters Mary Doucet, Theresa Harris, Arvilla Robichaud and Elsie Robichaud.
