Doreen Enid (Mullin) Travis, of Brantford, ON and Wooler, ON, passed away surrounded by love at Percy’s Place, on September 11, 2024, at the young age of 94.

Born in Exmoor, NB, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Irene Mullin.

Doreen left New Brunswick at the age of 17 and moved to Ontario with members of her Mullin family, where she worked as a Pharmacist Assistant for many years. She enjoyed a host of friends in Brantford, while always keeping a connection to her roots in Exmoor.

Doreen was fun loving, sociable, and always open to a challenge. She left an impression on those she met, and especially on the staff at Percy’s Place.

She will be greatly missed by her children Ron (Denise) Franklin of Wooler, ON and April Franklin of San Diego, California; stepdaughter Leishua (George) Gaus of Chatham, ON; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Cecil (Bud) Travis; brothers Ted, Robbie, Cecil, and Lloyd; and her sister Minnie.
