The death of David Shannon William John Haddad of Metepenagiag, NB, occurred on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the age of 18. Born in Miramichi, NB, he is the son of Thomas Haddad and Jamie Lynn Levi (Curtis). David was a student and fisherman. He worked in the summers as a lifeguard and enjoyed fishing, playing all different sports, especially hockey.

Besides his parents, David is survived by maternal grandparents: Valerie Matchett (Grant MacCallum) of Miramichi, NB and  Reggie McKibbon (Cindy) of Brampton, ON; siblings: Tyler Augustine (Amanda) of Metepenagiag, NB; Drake Dedam (Emily) of Esgenoôpetitj, NB; Thomas Haddad of Kingston, ON; Tara Haddad of Metepenagiag, NB; Winter Jewel Stemm of Natoaganeg, NB; Miranda Dedam of Miramichi, NB; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

David is predeceased by paternal grandparents: Susan Augustine (William John) and Joseph Haddad as well as several aunts and uncles.
