Daniel Oscar Bjurstrom of Miramichi, NB, passed away at his residence on September 30, 2024, at the age of 81.
Born in Newcastle, NB, on May 15, 1943, Daniel Oscar Bjurstrom was the son of the late Oscar and Francis (Tobin) Bjurstrom. He worked at Diamond Drilling for a number of years, followed by working as a Labourer at various jobs. He was Catholic by faith.
Daniel is survived by four daughters: Elaine (Anthony), Susie, Tammy, and Wendy; four sons: Joseph, William, Roger, and Kevin (Lisa); and seven grandchildren. As well, Daniel is survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Daniel was predeceased by his parents; wife, Elizabeth (Mercure) Bjurstrom; and also his sisters and brothers.
