Mary Elizabeth “Betty” McCafferty, spouse of Danny Boyle of Miramichi, NB, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Percy’s Place, at the age of 64. Born in Miramichi, NB, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Anna Marie (Malley).

Besides from her spouse, Betty is survived by her son: Jason (Crystal) of Fredericton, NB; her sister: Barbara Williston of Miramichi, NB; her brother: Boyd (Bernadette) of Fredericton, NB; her two grandchildren: Emily and Sarah; her step grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she is predeceased by son: Peter; and brother: Johnny.

The family will receive visitors at Jardine Funeral Home on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 11 o’clock, at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Anthony Das Papu officiating. Reception to follow at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.
