Showtimers go to top of Labatts Senior Mens League

In a hard fought battle against the Rovers, S. Dunfield scored two screamers in the first half to go 2's a piece into the break. J.Dickie (Pen) and B.Garrish scored for the Rovers. The Second half was also hotly contested, but K.Swaine sealed the points with a back post tap in late in the game. The game ended 3-2 Showtimers. The two teams meet again on Sunday.

Elsewhere, Shenanigans earned a tough win over the Mustangs, Winning 5-3. Their second of the season.
