Anyone who has driven through Chatham Head in the past two years has seen the new nursing home being constructed. It welcomes Mount. St. Joseph residences on October 1st. The public got its first look at the new facility this week. Here are some pictures.
Anyone who has driven through Chatham Head in the past two years has seen the new nursing home being constructed. It welcomes Mount. St. Joseph residences on October 1st. The public got its first look at the new facility this week. The nursing home features a promenade with places to gather and browse and get services.
There was a dinner there on September 24th that honours the Losier’s, for which part of the building is named, and the Bowes Family who previously owned the land and sold it tot e Shannon family for the project.
Minister of Social Development, Dorothy Shepherd, was on hand, as well as Miramichi MLA Michelle Conroy, and Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, Jake Stewart.
