This documentary shows a typical lunch prepared and eaten by the Hamar people. A Hamar woman generously invited me to lunch one day and true my eyes, you can see the traditional preparation of coffee and food in her house. The lunch consisted of village bread made with sorghum and a type of green leaf vegetable. It was delicious!
