Miramichi News: Miramichi's Own "MOVEMBER" campaign underway at MO)))

Miramichi News:  During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces, in Canada and around the world. With their “Mo’s”, these men raise vital funds and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer.

MO))) has selected 10 upstanding Miramichi Citizens to compete in the very first ever Miramichi Online's "MOVEMBER" fund raising drive ,who's obligation is to grow a stash for 30 days starting November 1st. Their progress will be documented via photos featured in our weekly coverage on MO))).   Also, they are to find  5 MO men to join them in their quests for the perfect stache, and have them also raise money. Each participant will be issued pledge cards to distribute amoungst their team members, our expectations are to have them all raise $100 each. If everyone is successful this will mean $6,000 to the MOVEMBER campaign for men's health, particularly prostate cancer. Everyone's "before" photo below was taken by the 1st of November, please contact any of them if you want to be on their team!

There will be a MOVEMBER finale for all teams at the MO))) office on November 30th where the best stash will be chosen by our judges.
