The Chatham Head tigers host the pennant winning Newcastle Cardinals in Miramichi Valley Baseball League action Tuesday at 7:30pm at Waldo Henderson Field.

Jake Keating of the Chatham Junior Ironmen has been named 'Pitcher of the Week' in the New Brunswick Junior Baseball League. Keating fired a 4 hitter at the PEI Selects in an 8-0 win striking out 8 batters while walking only 2 and not giving up an earned run.
