Miramichi, June the 22th 2012- From June the 24th until August the 25th, the artist Béatrice Mecking from Tabusintac is exhibiting her work at the Galerie ARTcadienne, located at the Carrefour Beausoleil in Miramichi. Under the theme « The eclectic of my learning », you will see her works, the result of her artwork after studying a complete year at the Miramichi community college, where she took the Art Fundamental course in visual art. Other new work will also be on display.
Béatrice Savoie-Mecking lives in Tabusintac and is originally from Fair-Isle ,N.B. She studied Dramatic Art at the Université de Moncton (1979). Self-taught since 1996 , she discovered the art of painting.
Her style is undefined, and left to discovered. Since her inspiration comes from using irony, humour and thing that touch her like injustice, it is often by releasing her emotions that everything come to the canvas.
There is no fee to see this exhibition and the gallery is open 7 days a week. It’s located at the Carrefour Beausoleil in Miramichi.
