School District 16 will be celebrating the creativity of its students and teachers again this year at the 5th Annual CUTE (Creative Use of Technology in Education) Awards, taking place at the James M. Hill High School theatre on Wednesday, February 15 (Weather date: Feb. 16). There will be a Learning Showcase featured in the lobby at 6:30. The Awards Ceremony begins at 7:00
This multi-media spectacle has gained a province-wide reputation for being the “Academy Awards of District 16”. The public is invited and admission is free!
Awards will be presented in many categories, including: Digital Video, Audio, Photography and Art; Animation; School Web Sites; Collaborative Projects; Photo Essays; Innovative Use of Technology; and 21st Century Learning.
