The death of Frank Joseph Chamberlain husband of Helena (Ferron) Chamberlain of Miramichi, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, August 10, 2009 at the age of 92.Born in Douglastown, NB, Frank was the son of the late Alexander and Margaret (Vienneau) Chamberlain.
Frank was veteran of WW 11 and served in the North Shore Regiment ,a retired woodmen, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br # 10, Newcastle, an avid fisherman, hunter and loved camping. Frank was a grandfather who was very active with his grandchildren and was very young at heart.
Frank is survived by four daughters: Theresa Arsenault (Vincent) of Miramichi, NB
Mona Grattan (Reg) of Doyles Brook, NB, Dale Chamberlain (Jim) and Barbara Dunnett(Jerry) all of Miramichi, NB; seven sons: John ( Rejeanne), Clifford (Margaret), Gerald, Francis(Natalie) and Glenn (Connie) all of Miramichi, NB, Jim (Ann Marie) of Moncton, NB and David (Tammy) of Fredericton, NB; 24 grandchildren, several great and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews
Predeceased by infant daughter: Rita; one sister; Yvonne and three brothers: Jackie, Martin and Manny
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 7-9 and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Friday, August 14, 2009 at 11 AM with Father Tom Fowler officiating. Burial will follow in St Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Mary’s Capital Campaign or a memorial of ones choice.

meet at 6.30 on Wednesday at the Funeral Home for a veterans service at 6.45.
