RCMP say armed fugitive may be heading to Miramichi

Robert Tanner banks believed to be armed and dangerous

The Fredericton Police Force is seeking information on the whereabouts of Robert Tanner Banks, a 30-year-old male from Fredericton. Banks is believed to be travelling in a 2022 Black Ford Bronco with the New Brunswick license plate NFI 458.

He was last observed by police travelling north at a high rate of speed on Killarney Road and is believed to be heading towards Miramichi.

The public is advised not to approach Banks or the vehicle, as he is considered armed and dangerous. If you observe Banks or the vehicle, please call 911.
