RCAF 100th Anniversary fly over

Low level fly by scheduled for Miramichi and Blackville

 A CP-140 Aurora and CP-130H Hercules aircraft from 14 Wing Greenwood will conduct a flyby over the Cities of Miramichi and Blackville, New Brunswick on  October 15 for a Royal Canadian Air Force 100th Anniversary event.

 The aircraft will fly over the Miramichi-Chatham Airport in Miramichi and over Camp Cole in Blackville at approximately 1:10 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15. Both aircraft will maintain an altitude no less than 500 feet above the highest obstacle within 2,000 feet of their flight path.

 Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) flybys are carefully planned and controlled to ensure public safety at all times. The RCAF is proud to showcase our capabilities and participate in this special RCAF 100th Anniversary Event for the restoration and re-dedication of the Group Captain W.R. Cole monument.

Aircraft participation is subject to weather and operational requirements.
