Dixie Marie Hutchison

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Dixie Marie (Manderville) Hutchison, on Friday, October 25, 2024, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She departed this world knowing she was deeply cherished.

Born in Bryenton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Carl Manderville Sr. and Ida (White) Manderville. She was a retired hairdresser, and she also enjoyed baking, knitting, and spending time with her family.

Her greatest pride was her children Gary of Moncton, Carl (Stella) of Miramichi, Debbie Martin (Bill) of Calgary, John (Kathy) of Belledune, and James of Miramichi; her grandchildren Tyler Melling of Saint John, Chance (Jackie) of Montreal, Garrett of Moncton, Cody (Ashley) of Moncton, Cory (Jill) of Calgary, and Kali (Aubrey) of Calgary.

She is also survived by her brother Don Manderville of Miramichi; sisters Mona Miller (Royce) of Moncton, and Linda Jardine (Terry) of Miramichi; and special cousin Ruth Lyons.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband John “Jack” Hutchison, son Frank, brother Carl Manderville Jr., and sisters Margaret Johnstone and Ann Sutherland.
